Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• Age. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
• Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Availability. All products are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Pricing. Prices are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling are calculated at checkout.
• Errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or other errors and to cancel orders that arise from such errors.
• Payments. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected method for the total amount.
• Title. Title transfers to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

5) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Standard Items. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return Policy, if available.
• Custom or Personalized Items. Due to their unique nature, custom or personalized items are typically final sale and not eligible for return, except for defects covered by warranty or as required by law.
• Order Changes. Requests to modify or cancel orders must be made promptly and may not be possible once production has begun.

6) Custom Work & Approvals

• Proofs. We may provide digital proofs or mockups for your review. Your written approval constitutes authorization to proceed to production.
• Color & Material Variances. Minor variations in color, size, placement, or materials may occur due to screen differences, production methods, or supplier tolerances and are not considered defects.
• Revisions. Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices include up to [X] design revisions. Additional revisions may incur fees.

7) User Content & License

If you submit designs, images, text, or other materials (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

You grant Renegade Designs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services and fulfilling your orders. You may revoke this license for marketing uses by emailing us (see Contact Us), but revocation will not affect uses necessary to fulfill existing orders.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product designs created by us, and software, are owned by Renegade Designs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law or regulation;
• Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
• Upload malicious code, interfere with security features, or disrupt the operation of the Services;
• Use any automated means to access the Services without our permission; or
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with features that enforce limitations on use.

10) Third-Party Services

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms and policies.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Renegade Designs, its owners, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renegade Designs and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

15) Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Oklahoma], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Mayes County, Oklahoma] for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.

Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the email below and allowing us 30 days to respond.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive, will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
